Groups 2-50

Groups 2-50 can pair a standalone Innova plan with one of the following network options for Category 1 coverage:

  • Oregon Select Adventist
  • Oregon Select Tuality
  • Preferred (PPO)
Groups 51-99

Groups of 51-99 can offer:

  • Two plans with one network, or:
  • Up to two networks with one plan.

If two network options are offered, the subscriber chooses his/her preferred network option.

Network options available to groups 51-99 are:

  • Oregon Select Providence
  • Oregon Select Legacy Health
  • Oregon Select OHSU
  • Oregon Select Adventist
  • Oregon Select Tuality
  • Preferred (PPO)
