The Regence HSA Healthplan: A new kind of health care coverage

Regence is excited to announce the new Regence HSA Healthplan to the group market– a whole new HSA offering with improved coverage, seamless banking integration, and a dynamic set of employer and member tools that make set-up and administration a snap. Smart new features mean a better HSA plan

While an HSA from Regence has always featured affordable premiums, upfront preventive care, and one of the largest provider networks in the region, the Regence HSA Healthplan offers new and expanded features such as:

Improved Coverage Features:

  • Preventive care is now provided before the deductible, with no annual limits, so your clients can focus on wellness in the workplace
  • New individual embedded deductible options are great for families, providing extra protection against the unexpected
  • Wellness programs such as the CareEnhance Nurseline & Regence Health Coach are automatically included for groups of 50 or less.*
New Tools Make Sales & Set-up a Snap
  • An educational flash provides a tutorial on the basics of the HSA and an interactive calculator allows employees to see how the plan will work for them
  • Modular presentations provide a customized approach to your sales meetings, bringing together the critical components to meet your clients’ needs
  • HSA Compliance and Selling Guides give you all of the information and resources you need to ensure groups are set-up properly on the HSA plan

Selling the Regence HSA Healthplan: what you need to know

  • Effective date. The new Regence HSA Healthplan will be available as of 1/1/08. All new groups will be enrolled on the plan after that date. All groups enrolled in Regence’s current HSA product may renew with their current plan, unless making changes, or switch to the new Regence HSA Healthplan.
  • The quote and enroll process. Current HSA groups will receive renewal information for their existing HSA plan. To provide quotes on the new Regence HSA Healthplan, log into our agent center or contact your sales team.
