2008 MEDICARE PLAN RATES AND CONTRACT CHANGES
November 22, 2007
We are notifying Oregon and Clark County Medicare Supplement Plan members about changes in their rates, effective January 1, 2008. Members will receive 30-days advance notification based on payment due dates on or after January 1, 2008. Oregon Medicare Supplement Plan members will receive a new contract in addition to the rate notification. Below are the addendums for the 2007 materials. Please include the addendums until 2008 materials are available.

2008 WA Medicare Supplement Addendum
Annual Election Period (AEP) begins November 15th and runs through December 31st. During AEP members may change, add, or terminate Medicare Advantage plans and Medicare Part D plans. Members are allowed one change during this time.
