Start quoting InnovaSM, EngageSM and ActivateSM!

We are happy to announce the quoting of Activate and the expanded Innova and Engage products has begun! We introduced Innova and Engage last year to groups of 2 to 99 employees. Due to their overwhelming success, we’re now happy to offer them to groups of all sizes.

All three are self-managed plans—they offer an alternative that’s more flexible than a conventional network-driven plan, and more comprehensive than a “catastrophic,” high-deductible plan. To achieve this, they offer a carefully designed mix of copay and coinsurance benefits, information resources and member wellness programs.

Innova provides predictability through Up-Front benefits for deductible free access to office visits as well as radiology and laboratory services. Engage offers administrative simplicity through a single deductible and coinsurance structure. Both plans give the employer design flexibility to meet their group plan objectives. Also, the member is free to choose any provider. All providers—even non-participating ones—fall into one of three Categories. The member’s share of the cost depends on their provider Category selection.

Like Innova and Engage, Activate provides employer design flexibility, member provider choice and a valuable wellness feature. But it has an exciting and unique twist—instead of just encouraging wellness, Activate rewards members who take an active role in their health.

  • We are updating quoting forms to include Activate. These forms include the Group Master Application and the Application for Enrollment Change.
