Delay in loading prescription claims data into our Employer Benefits Reporting (EBR) system, Agent Center reporting, and myRegence.com

As a valued health care partner, our goal is to keep you informed as soon as we learn of issues that might impact our ability to meet the requirements of our groups and members. We recently learned of delays that occurred in the loading of prescription claims data into our Employer Benefits Reporting (EBR) system, Agent Center reporting, and myRegence.com.

This reporting delay affects prescription claims filled between December 17, 2008 and January 31, 2009.  Please note that this issue has had no effect upon our member's ability to use their prescription drug benefits or upon our reimbursement to pharmacies.  

Due to the delay in reflecting accurate prescription claims in our reporting systems, the December 2008 prescription medication experience is currently under- reported in EBR, Agent Center group reports, and myRegence.com. Our groups with self-funded prescription plans have been under-billed for the time period of December 17, 2008 through December 31, 2008.

We expect to have this issue resolved by the end of February. If you have additional questions, please contact your Regence Account Executive for clarification.

We apologize for the interruption of timely reporting, and we appreciate your patience as we work to correct this matter as quickly as possible.
