We have been made aware of a programming error in our Oregon small group rating model that over-inflated our April 2009 small group renewals and new group quotes (group sizes 2 to 50).  The good news is that the corrected rates are approximately 8% under the original renewal . 

We have made the correction to the model and will be recalculating all of the small group renewals affected.   The corrected renewals will be accessible in Agent Center soon.  In the next few days we will be mailing the corrected renewals to our groups.  In the meantime, we would appreciate you informing your groups of the corrected renewal. 

We are also working on generating you a revised new group quote for 4/1 and will publish to agent center.

We know that this programming error will cause additional work for you. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, and have taken steps to prevent this from happening again.
