Delay in Prescription Claims Data Update
Several days ago we first notified Agents of delays that occurred in the loading of prescription claims data into our reporting systems. This delay affected prescription claims filled between December 17, 2008 and January 31, 2009 and will result in a temporary under-reporting of prescription claims in our Employer Benefits Reporting (EBR) system, Agent Center reporting, and myRegence.com.
In the next few days, we will be sending a letter to HSA members and their employers informing them of possible delays in reimbursement of prescription claims for HSA members. If you are an agent to one of these HSA groups, you can download a copy of the group employer and HSA member letter.
