Clarification to Agent Communication posted for the week of March 16, 2009

This improvement applies to Oregon and Clark County groups only.

We are improving  our current renewal policy for groups size 2-99 on Innova, Engage, Activate and HSA 2.0.

This upgrade will allow the renewing bills to go out with renewing rates; eliminating bill suspension as much as possible.

Effective 6/1/2009, benefits will renew as indicated in the renewal letter.   For example, a 6/1 renewal will auto renew 5/1 if negotiations aren’t taking place.

If the group later decides to make a change, but prior to their effective date, we will accept and process the change.  If the bill has already been released the subsequent billing will reflect the adjustment retroactive to the group’s anniversary.
