Regence will be implementing a system upgrade during the last week of May.

What this means to you is for you and your clients who are enrolling or making a renewal benefit change effective June 1, you will need to submit all new group enrollment materials and renewal changes to us by May 15. Submissions after this date, will be processed after June 1.

Thank you for your support and assistance as we enhance our systems to better serve you, our mutual clients and Regence members.
