Regence BlueCross BlueShield Welcomes Bob Butterfield as Retention Manager in Oregon

Regence BlueCross BlueShield is pleased to announce that Bob Butterfield has joined the Oregon Sales team as the Account Retention Manager. In this role, he will be responsible for helping Regence grow group business and managing existing accounts. 

Bob joins the company after nearly 9 years with Great-West Healthcare in the Pacific Northwest territory. As the Director of Account Management at Great West Healthcare, Bob focused on leading his team by developing market strategies and maintaining existing client relationships. Bob’s extensive experience in employee benefits during his tenure at Great West, have given him a strong expertise in the self-insured sector which will be invaluable and a great compliment to the Regence Oregon Sales team.

Prior to his Great-West Healthcare experience, Bob was a financial advisor for American Express. Bob has also spent time coaching football which is one of his passions. He graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a Bachelors of Science Degree.
