Activate, Innova, and Engage Enhancements—Correction to Earlier Communication

A communication sent in September indicated that we are altering the mental health outpatient benefit on our Activate, Innova and Engage products by making the mental health/chemical dependency benefits not subject to the annual deductible.  Please note that this change applies only to Oregon-based groups and not to Clark County-based groups.  For Clark County groups, the mental health/chemical dependency benefits will still be subject to the deductible.
