PPO Portability Rate & Contract Changes

Regence is sending a 30-day notice of rate and contract changes to our Regence BlueCross Blue Shield of Oregon (RBCSBSO) Prevailing/Low Cost PPO Portability and Regence Life & Health (RL&H) Prevailing/Low Cost PPO Portability members. Renewal Letters will be mailed by October 30th.
Rate and contract changes noted below will be effective December 1, 2009, or at the member's paid-to date.
Materials
The 2009 Portability brochures describing 2009 rates and benefits will be posted on this Web site in November 2009.
