Oregon HSA and Clark County, WA Individual Plan Discontinuation

Oregon HSA and Clark County, WA Individual members were notified in October that they will be moving to our new Evolve suite of Individual plans effective January 1, 2011. Included in the notification was a rate sheet displaying “filed” rates. The rate filing was not approved and effected members will be receiving previously approved rates. Oregon HSA and Clark County, WA members will be notified of their rates in the coming week. Attached below are the letters and rate sheets that will be mailed to those effected members.
