Oregon Evolve Individual Rates for 1st Quarter 2011

We appreciate your patience while we waited for our 1st quarter rate filing to be reviewed and approved by the state of Oregon. We are happy to say that 1st quarter rates have been approved and will be effective beginning February 1st, 2011. These rates apply to new business for the month of February. Evolve members renewing in March 2011 will also be receiving these rates along with contract changes. We will notify of this communication as we get closer to the mailing.
