Oregon and Clark County, WA Bridge Medigap Application Revisions/Application Submission Requirements
January 7, 2011

Application Revision:  revisions have been made to our Oregon and Clark County, WA Bridge Medigap Plans and approved by the respective states. The new revision date on the applications is 1/11.  The 1/11 revisions of the applications are currently available for download on the Agent website.

Any applications with revision dates prior to 1/11 will not be accepted after January 31, 2011.
