In efforts to increase efficiencies we have consolidated our Individual Underwriting departments to one location. All Oregon and Clark County, WA Individual and Medicare Bridge plan applications for February 1, 2011 effective dates and forward should be sent to the following address:

If you have emailed applications to us in the past please discontinue using the OR_INDAPPS@regence.com email address as it is no longer active. Please email all applications to Medical_UW@regence.com. If you have submitted an application to the OR_INDAPPS@regence.com email address after December 31, 2010, please resubmit it to the updated email address.
