REMINDER: New Small Group Submission Process Effective 3/1/11 - Oregon (2-50) and Clark County (1-50)
January 26, 2011
Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon’s new small group submission process will change for groups with effective dates of March 1, 2011 to ensure timely enrollment.
New group submissions on or after the 20th of the month will need to be submitted via spreadsheet enrollment. Paper enrollments will not be accepted. It also must include an email address for the group administrator so that a pre-welcome letter can be sent clearly outlining the expectations that member cards will not be ready on the 1st of the month. The letter also explains how the group and members can learn about their benefits before receiving their cards.
