What’s Going On - Sales department has early closure March 16

The entire sales department will be attending an-all sales staff meeting the afternoon of Wednesday March 16, 2011. Our regional offices will be traveling to the Portland office. Specific closure information by location is listed below:

• Portland Sales Office:
  The office will close at 3:15 pm on March 16th. We will reopen at 8:00 am on March 17th.
• Salem Sales Office:
  The office will close at 2:00 pm on March 16th. We will reopen at 8:00 am on March 17th.
• Medford/Bend/Pendleton Offices:
  The offices will be closed all day on March 16th. Offices and staff will return by approximately noon on March 17th.
  

Should an urgent matter arise, our management, sales and account executives will keep their cell phones turned on. We will also periodically monitor our receptionist voice mailbox until 5pm for callers indicating a need for an emergency call back.
