A new Summary of Benefit Changes and Contract Language Clarification outlines changes effective with July 1, 2011 renewals and later. A summary will be included with the group’s renewal letter.

Class: New To Regence, Individual Product Training
This is an introductory course from Regence, offered three times annually. It’s intended primarily for new producers, account managers and agent support staff. It’s also available to any agent or their support staff who want a refresher about Regence. (No CE credits available).
The class will be held on Wednesday, April 20 from 9:30am-11:00am. We will provide details concerning Regence Individual products, guidelines for Individual Plans, Regence value added benefits, how to use the agent website and much more.
