New billing process for auto-reconciliation

To provide even better service to our groups and individual subscribers, we’ll soon be changing our billing process.
With this new auto-reconciliation process, we’ll be able to consistently provide a monthly bill to groups and Individual subscribers regardless of payment reconciliation status.
Why is it changing?
In addition to a more proactive approach, this improved process helps us communicate more consistently with our customers about their account status.
- We’ll be able to consistently provide:
- A monthly bill to groups and Individual subscribers regardless of payment and reconciliation status
- Timely invoicing to groups for multiple billing cycles
- Timely invoices that align with market expectations, keeping more groups and Individual subscribers current
When is it changing?
We’ll keep you apprised as we implement this process and how we’ll be communicating this change to our mutual customers.
