Auto-reconciliation Billing Process

In April, Regence began the process of moving our accounts into a single, new auto-reconciliation billing process. With this new billing process, we will be able to consistently provide a monthly bill to the vast majority of our groups and individual product subscribers regardless of payment status.
We have successfully completed the pilot roll-out of our new billing process to the majority of our Asuris Northwest Health group business and are ready to begin moving the rest of our business to the new billing process.
Here is the proposed timeline for moving the rest of our lines of business:
Proposed Rollout Schedule:
- Group 1 (end of July implementation - 9/1 bills): All Regence groups (with some exclusions)
- Group 2 (end of August implementation - 10/1 bills): All Regence individual subscribers/all remaining Regence group business
- Group 3 (end of September implementation - 11/1 bills): Medicare individual subscribers
