Regence Notifies Evolve Members of Contract Changes
July 18, 2011

Regence will be notifying members with effective dates of July, August and September of changes to their contract. Effective July 1, 2011, Evolve contracts have been updated to include new benefits made available as a result of federal health care reform. View letter.

There is no change in premium at this time. As you may be aware, Regence has requested a premium change for these benefits but has not yet been notified on our request. In the event of any premium change, members will receive a separate notice at least 30 days in advance.
