New-hire probationary period change requests

Just a reminder:  Employers can elect to change their new-hire probationary period requirements upon the group’s renewal date.  Employees who were hired prior to the contract change for probation period will serve the “old” probation period.  Employees hired on the renewal date or later will serve the new probation period.
