Updated enrollment spreadsheet template now easily allows multiple medical plans

Enrolling by spreadsheet makes it easier to provide enrollment data and reduces opportunities for data entry errors that can slow enrollment time.

We've made improvements in the spreadsheet enrollment template for groups that select multiple medical plans. Tab 4 has been renamed to "Key - Multiple Options Example" and clarifying instructions have been added to complete this tab. Our Guide to Changes in Spreadsheet Enrollment highlights these changes. Additionally, it is worth noting that there are helpful pop-up tips in many columns in Tab 2, "Spreadsheet Template," as an aid to filling out the template with the correct data. Simply click the column heading to see the pop-up tip.

New subscriber enrollment by spreadsheet is available to all new and existing (20+ employees) groups. Groups using the spreadsheet don't need to provide paper applications. The Regence spreadsheet enrollment template includes directions for use and is available on the Forms page of our Employer and Agent public websites.
