High-Deductible Plans & Health Savings Accounts
We recommend pairing Vitality with our Regence HSA Healthplan since it gives employees a clear incentive to be savvier health care consumers. With employees sharing more of the cost, employers have more financial flexibility to invest in wellness programs that help employees make healthy lifestyle decisions. Other plan options include Regence ActivateSM or another high-deductible plan. These plan designs encourage employees to be more accountable for making good health decisions.

Dual Option
Vitality allows employers to offer more than one health plan option. As long as there is an HSA or another high-deductible option in place, all employees can participate in Vitality’s wellness programs, regardless of the Regence plan they choose.
