We have made a few updates to the Individual Agent Manual for 2008. Please pay special attention the Agent of Record Policy, including the Regence approved Agent of Record Change and/of Addition Request Forms. There have also been changes to the Agent Co-op program. Regence recognizes that the insurance industry is an ever-changing environment. In an effort to help you service our members more efficiently, we have taken the more constant information and included it in an easy to use resource.
