Online Tutorials for New Agents

Welcome!  As new producers, account managers or support staff in an insurance office, we’d like to help you get acquainted with representing Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon.  You’ll find several online tutorials that will review our products and underwriting guidelines.

Please note that these classes will be updated periodically to reflect changes that occur. Rely on the Agent Website to assure you are using the most up-to-date information.

WebEx Webinars: You will need to download the free WebEx .ARF Player to view the webinars. Choose "run" then "install." After loading the WebEx Player, right-click on a webinar link to save it to your desktop. Double-click on the webinar link on your desktop to play.

Captivate Files: These files require the free Adobe Flash Player (this may be already installed in your browser.)

AT&T Webinars: These files require the free AT&T Connect Partricipant Application. Click the "Download Now" link and follow the instructions.
