Group Product Transition Information
Effective March 1, 2009 the following products will no longer be available to new groups of 51-99 headquartered in Oregon, and new groups of 2-99 headquartered in Clark County, Washington.
Renewals allowed
Groups of 2-99 who are on these plans can renew if there are no changes to their current coverage, with the exception of cancelling dental coverage. Administrative changes to existing policies such as changes to probation period or required work hours are allowed.
Most groups not affected
Groups headquartered in Oregon State that have 2-50 employees or 100+ employees are not affected by these availability changes. Groups headquartered in Clark County that have 100+ employees are not affected by these availability changes.
