TruVision is the discount vision care program available to Regence
BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon and Regence Life and Health Insurance Company members.
We partnered with TruVision, Inc. to bring discounted laser vision correction
services such as LASIK and PRK eye surgery to our members. TruVision also offers
a discount contact lens mail order program Regence members can easily access
via the Web or by calling TruVision’s toll-free telephone number.
LASIK/PRK Surgery – With TruVision, Regence members
residing in Oregon and Clark County, Washington pay just $895 per eye for laser
vision correction surgery. Custom LASIK is $1,295 per eye. This offer includes
a comprehensive eye exam, pre- and post-operative care and a retreatment warranty.
Laser vision correction surgery costs vary for Regence members residing outside
Oregon or Clark County, Washington. Please contact TruVision directly for the
actual cost of services.
Contact Lens Discounts – Regence members save approximately
10% – 15% off the average cost of contact lenses by ordering through TruVision
and shipping is free. Ordering is easy through the TruVision
