Effective January 1, 2010, the following products will no longer be available to groups of 2-99 employees for renewal or new sales.

• Co-pay Flat Plan $10/$35/$50
• Vision
• Full Services Vision
• EAP
• BlueChoices EAP
• Alternative
• Complementary Care $20/$500
• Complementary Care $20/$1000

Renewals are not allowed

The plans listed above will no longer be available for 2-99 groups scheduled for renewal beginning  January 1, 2010, however, they will be able to choose from Regence’s health-focused plan options, Innova®, Engage®, Activate^SM or Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0^SM.

Groups 100+ not affected

Groups of 100+ employees are not affected by these closures.
