Group Product Transition Information

Effective January 1, 2010, the following products will no longer be available to groups of 2-99 employees for renewal or new sales.

    • BlueChoicesSM - BlueClassic
    • Regence HSA Qualified Plan
    • Regence HSA Healthplan
  • Dental
    • Fee-for-Service Dental
    • Dentacare
  • Pharmacy
    • Copay 3-Tier Plan $10/30%/50%
    • 50% Copay 3-Tier Plan
    • Co-pay Flat Plan $10/$20/$40
    • Co-pay Flat Plan $10/$35/$50
  • Vision
    • Full Services Vision
  • EAP
    • BlueChoices EAP
  • Alternative
    • Complementary Care $20/$500
    • Complementary Care $20/$1000

Renewals are not allowed

The plans listed above will no longer be available for 2-99 groups scheduled for renewal beginning  January 1, 2010, however, they will be able to choose from Regence’s health-focused plan options, Innova®, Engage®, ActivateSM or Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0SM.

Groups 100+ not affected

Groups of 100+ employees are not affected by these closures.
