• New office orientations
• Questions about contracting and networks
• Explanation of specific dental, medical, administrative or reimbursement policies
• General education regarding billing and coding methods
• Office information changes e.g., address or tax identification changes, concerns and grievances
• Inquiries that cannot be resolved through Customer Service
• Operational interface between dental service delivery organizations and the health plan
• Office visits to resolve problems
• Resolution of global issues e.g., policies, dental/medical review
• Electronic tools, including information and training on Provider Center
