  • Explanation of specific medical, administrative or reimbursement policies
  • General information regarding billing and coding methods
  • Requests for Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon participating and preferred agreements
  • Provider information changes (e.g., address, tax identification changes or National Provider Identifier [NPI])
  • Quality of service issues
