2011-2012 participating dental reimbursement rates

We review our participating dental reimbursement rates on an annual basis. Our goal is to maintain a fair and competitive level of reimbursement for services provided to our members by participating dental providers while balancing the pricing of our dental products in the market. The 2011-2012 schedule of participating dental reimbursement rates, effective July 1, will be available in the Provider Center on May 1.
