Interpretation and language services available to members

Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon has interpretation and language services available to members who speak English as a second language. It is our policy is to seek providers who speak other languages in addition to English and who have an awareness of the social/cultural composition of the community. In addition, translation services are provided according to plans for specific product lines such as Regence MedAdvantage. The following services are available for our members:

• TTY/TTD phone line for our speech and hearing impaired members. Dial 711.
• Language line can be accessed through our member Customer Service phone number.
• Conserjeros Latinos is our bi-cultural and bilingual liaisons deliver support and assistance to those who need help navigating the health care system due to language and cultural barriers.
