Copayment, coinsurance, deductible or network information
Copayment information for Innova is listed on the front
of the member card. Coinsurance, deductible and network information
is not included on the member cards. Please contact Regence
Provider Customer Service for these products at 1 (800) 475-1149 or use Regence Online Services for Providers to receive coinsurance
and deductible or network information for these members.
Key Differences
- Innova, Engage and Activate members can choose from a selection of seven different backgrounds on their member cards

Activate Member Choice Fund payments
When a Activate member elects to use his or her Member Choice
Fund to pay medical deductibles or coinsurance, the payment
will be noted with a new explanation code of ZMO, Member Choice
Account payment.
